What We Do

ReliaBid’s service offering initially focused on the online auctions industry—which today accounts for nearly 25 percent of all eCommerce transactions. In 2005, we launched our signature Bid Assure service, which has since grown to become the most widely-used peer-to-peer payment security solution on the web. The focus of Bid Assure was on reducing the susceptibility of online sellers to unpaid items and buyer fraud, and over four years we have proudly maintained a success rate of over 99.9 percent across our sellers’ transactions.

Since then, ReliaBid has expanded its service offering to include a wide range of products and services that enhance the way people do business online. Our FailSafe service enables eCommerce merchants to share information about fraudulent buyers, and obtain alerts in real-time when a transaction is about to take place with a buyer that may retain high-risk status. Meanwhile, our WarrantyFeed service enables online merchants to offer warranty products to their buyers in a fully automated manner—thereby generating secondary streams of revenue for the merchant and enhancing the purchase experience for the buyer.

We also provide a host of services that facilitate recovery of payment for online buyers from fraudulent and non-fulfilling merchants, as well as dispute resolution services for peer-to-peer transaction communities.
