10 days after an auction ends, you can place an auction for collection with a collection agency
if you've determined you have a non-paying bidder. The debt collection process will begin, and the first letter will be sent.
20 days after the auction ends (or 10 days after you initiate a collection) the second letter will be sent to the non-paying
bidder.
30 days after the auction ends (or 20 days after you initiate a collection) a third letter will be mailed.
40 days after the auction ends (or 30 days after you initiate a collection) a fourth letter is sent. At this point,
the full balance is no longer due to you and instead the non-paying bidder
is responsible for the restocking fee. You are also free to relist the item
and sell it to another bidder at this time, while still collecting the restocking
fee.
90 days after the auction ends, credit reporting may be commenced for eligible auctions.
