ReliaBid offers a low-cost, pay-as-you go program designed to suit the needs of action sellers of all sizes. Since you are only charged for items that actually sell, you never pay more than what you need. Your membership in the ReliaBid service includes automatic insertion of the ReliaBid seal into each of your auctions, alerting your buyers that your auction - and all your sales - are protected by ReliaBid.

Affordable eBay Unpaid Item Protection For Less Than 1%

The ReliaBid Signature Program is the single most effective tool an eBay seller can use to stop unpaid items and non-paying bidders. Its pay-per-use structure ensures that you control your costs and increase your business’ bottom-line. You only pay a tiny fraction of your final sale price to get ReliaBid the protection and deterrent effect of the ReliaBid seal in each of your auctions. This means that for an item that you sell for $100.00, you only pay 25 cents! For this fee, ReliaBid will handle up to three FREE collections processes for you per year. If you need to send more than three non-paying bidders to collections in a single year, you only pay an additional $9.99 per collection.

These are the only fees you pay to ReliaBid for our service. However, should a collection remain unpaid for over 30 days, the collection agency will assess the non-paying bidder a restocking fee. This is not a fee you pay; it is a fee the non-paying bidder is required to pay you. When a restocking fee is paid by the non-paying bidder to the collection agency, they will retain 25% of that fee. Again, you pay nothing additional beyond your membership fees and this charge is only made against money that you otherwise would not have received. After receiving a restocking fee, you are free to relist the item and receive the full price from another buyer. Basically, the restocking fee amounts to "free money" for you, as a compensation for the hardship you incur as a result of having a non-paying bidder.

Because our basic fees are based on the amount of actual completed sales each month, we will never bill you for items you don’t sell.
