Bid Assure incorporates a state-of-the-art seal program that functions as a bilateral commitment between the two parties completing the transaction. This seal program is the cornerstone of the ReliaBid system, having successfully reduced the incidence of non-payment in member sellers’ transactions by over 90 percent. The seal program is complimented by receivables management and collections services that online seller can access directly within their ReliaBid membership portal. This functions as a secondary channel for facilitating the completion of the transaction.

In 2006, ReliaBid expanded the Bid Assure service to provide custom integration solutions for online consignment and third-party resellers. This enables online merchants to gain access to Bid Assure directly within their transaction management and sales systems.
