For members of the FailSafe service, the FailSafe Privacy seal will be automatically inserted into every item listed for sale. The seal becomes a part of the contract between the merchant and every bidder for their items—alerting bidders that if they commit payment fraud or initiate an unwarranted chargeback that their personal information will be shared with other merchants.



Each FailSafe seal is linked to a page which provides the bidder a more detailed privacy notice, which explains the FailSafe program and what information will be shared in the event of the bidder commits fraud. This ensures that your auction includes the disclosures that keep your buyers informed.
